Terms of Service
► All commissions are personal, non-commercial/non-profit use! For commissions intended to be used commercially, please contact me directly at: [email protected]
► Commissions cannot be: (a) used to advertise people, businesses, products, or services; (b) mass-produced; or (c) used for profit in any way
Payment:
► All commission prices displayed are in United States dollars ( USD ) and will have to be paid through Paypal only.
► Displayed commission prices are subject to change!
► FULL Payment must be paid and cleared before I start work on your piece.
► The payment credited to my PayPal account will be refunded only if the commission is cancelled before I begin working on it.
Workflow:
► I reserve the right to cancel a commission and refund any payments already made. This cancellation may be due to, for example, poor communication or inappropriate behavior.
► Commission sketch, WIP, and Final Renders will be sent to the media you contacted me on.
► Huge changes, i.e poses, whole outfits AFTER the sketch has been approved will mean extra charges. Please make sure you confirm revisions before APPROVING the sketch!
Aftermath:
► If you post the commission anywhere, you must credit and/or link me. (Twitter/Instagram: @ TinyTonyBean / Twitch: TinyTonyBean)
► The commissioned artwork cannot be altered by you without my explicit permission.
► I reserve all rights to my artwork and may use the final commission piece and related process work in my portfolio, social media sites, websites, and other electronic and print publications.

Commission Process
01.) Contact me on one of the following methods below and have a chat with me: Discord: TinyTonyBean#2035 / Twitter DM: TinyTonyBean
02.) After your message / order form has been received, a message will be sent to you stating whether the commission order has been accepted, declined, or added to my waitlist. I will give you an estimated timeline for how long it might take me to finish your commission!
03.) Once we agree on all the details, an invoice will be sent to you on PayPal.
04.) Once the FULL payment has been received and cleared, I will start working on your commission.
05.) I will send you a sketch based on what you commissioned me. If there is any revisions/changes to be made, request them BEFORE accepting the sketch.
06.) Once the commission is completely finished, the final full resolution artwork will be sent to you through the media you contacted me on. Keep in mind you can view your commission being made on my Stream if you wish. (Twitch: TinyTonyBean)
